PAYMENT TERMS:

- Initial setup fee is split into two equal payments.

- First payment is due at signup

- Second payment processed immediately upon delivery

- Monthly maintenance and hosting fee of begins 30 days after signup

- All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE

SERVICE DETAILS:

- Services include website design, development, hosting, and maintenance.

- Monthly fee covers ongoing hosting, maintenance, and technical support

- Pennsylvania sales tax (6%) will be applied to all payments as required by law

BILLING:

- All payments processed securely through Stripe

- Client authorizes automatic billing for the initial payments and recurring monthly fee

- Client is responsible for keeping payment information current

CANCELLATION:

- 30-day written notice required for cancellation of monthly service

- No refunds will be issued for any payments already processed

- Client will retain access to services through the end of the paid period

OWNERSHIP:

- All website content and design elements remain property of NextEdge Impact LLC until full payment received

- Client is responsible for providing necessary content and materials in a timely manner
